Grew up in England, managed six months in Spain and found it too hot, went to Slovakia for two years and got very fond of it, then finally got employed by a startup company in Sweden.
I'm one of the main developers of Rakudo Perl 6, as well as the creator of the 6model meta-object framework. I'm also involved in the Parrot Compiler Toolkit, and working on a CLR port for it.
When I'm not hacking, I like to hike in the mountains and enjoy good quality beer. I also dream of speaking Russian decently one day...but for now I'm just awful. Sorry! |
